  My son attended this daycare for 3 years and now my younger one also started this year. I find the staff very caring and give lots of attention to child’s need. My kids had a very positive experience. It feels like an extendable for my kids. Teachers and staff listen to concerns and always help around finding a solution. We love the daycare.

  We had been planning to send our child to this daycare for a long time because of the many positive reviews we had heard. However, when we actually enrolled her, we found the daycare to be somewhat unorganized. They are many rules and expectations, but there is no handbook outlining them. Some of these policies may not align with every family's preferences, and having them documented would help new parents make an informed decision before enrolling their child. We were never given a handbook, either at the time of registration or afterward. From an infrastructure perspective, we noticed that there was no gate blocking access to the basement. Since the same passage also leads to the backyard, we felt there could be a risk of children falling, which was concerning. Additionally, the daycare offers a paid service through its app if parents want to download higher-resolution photos of their child. However, the photos available for download without this service were of very low resolution. We trusted the daycare and paid the deposit without taking a tour first as they never offered or requested that we take one. They did not confirm us the start date at the time of payment as they were undergoing construction then. Since we both had to return to the office and needed childcare arrangements in place, we ultimately had to move forward with another daycare option. We only received a tour after I specifically requested one, as my husband had not yet seen the facility. The tour took place just one week before our child was scheduled to start. I felt that the daycare should have proactively offered an official tour before requesting a deposit, rather than requiring us to ask for one. After our child attended the daycare for one day, we felt that her previous daycare had been a better fit. I went in person to communicate our decision to withdraw. During that conversation, I found the response somewhat unprofessional. The head staff member repeatedly said, “You guys need a nanny,” which I felt was unnecessary, inappropriate, and not their place to decide.

  Great teachers and great staff! Caring, attentive and supportive all around. Our daughter started in the infant room and is now in the toddler room. She enjoys going everyday and we feel so comfortable leaving her in their care. Highly recommend.

  Our son has been attending Jubilee for nearly 6 months now, we had to enroll him during the lockdown. As you could imagine when a parent has no access to see a center in person we had a number of reservations. But, the staff at Jubilee were accommodating to us, arranging for facetime to view the center and arranging for our son and I to have a meet and greet with the teacher prior to starting. The staff here are amazing, they made the transition easy and seamless. Our son loves going to daycare to see his friends. We have noticed a huge change in how he interacts and amazed at how quickly he picked up new skills including mannerisms, language, play, listening, to name a few. His teachers are great, they provide support, patience and are loving to our son. We are grateful to have this daycare n our neighbourhood.

  My son (1½) has been going there for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. Every time he goes in he runs to whoever is there to give them a big hug...Once he's happy I'm happy! It's a very clean place with a large play area in the back and everyone there is so friendly and caring . I'm very cautious and picky when it comes to who has my kids and I'm extremely happy he's with them and would definitely recommend this place.
