I feel good that my child attends this daycare, the staff are nice and supportive. The supervisor Kate is always friendly and welcoming. I have recommended this place to my friends.

We are glad to have enrolled our daughter in Viola Desmond infant daycare centre! The educators are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and have been very helpful with the transition when we started out with the daycare! They have been guiding her on variety of activities like finger painting, stacking toys, legos, teaching about farm animals, playing musical instruments and much more! They update us with a daily report and also talk to us to give an update on how her day was which gives us good confidence to know she is happy and safe! We would recommend this daycare to our frnds and families !

Very bad experience, I called last time and asked if they can put my daughters name on a wait list but they didn’t, they said wait list is more or less a month and I called back they said they cannot find my daughters name and need to wait for a year. Change your customer service please.
