  I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Smart Start Daycare for their outstanding care and dedication. A special thank you to Ms. Felisha (Director), and to the amazing teachers Ms. Khadijah, Ms. Koshika, and Ms. Hana. You are truly professional, responsible, and incredibly loving with the children. I have seen how much you support and develop each child with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The whole team has such big hearts, a strong sense of responsibility, and a true love for the children. They are not only teachers, but role models and a source of safety, comfort, and growth. I am so grateful that my child was surrounded by such a nurturing, supportive, and inspiring environment.   🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I just want to share how grateful I am for Miss REGINA, who takes care of my daughter Enaya in the infant class. From the very first day, she has shown so much love, patience, and kindness. It’s not easy to leave your baby with someone else, but knowing Enaya is with Miss Regina gives me such peace of mind. She always greets Enaya with the biggest smile, makes her feel safe, and treats her like one of her own. I can see how much my daughter loves and trusts her, and that means the world to me as a parent. Thank you, Miss Regina, for everything you do — for your care, your warmth, and the special way you make Enaya feel loved every single day. We appreciate you so much! 💛

  My daughter had a traumatic experience for her first time at another daycare... We thought she would be scarred for life as we were! But since day one of enrolling her to this centre, every single staff member has gone above and beyond to make sure that she is loved, learning, eating and taken care of! Thank you especially to Ms. Felisha( site supervisor at Middlecote location) and all the staff at Middlecote location for making such a difference for our little girl! We couldn't be happier with our switch!! She's so happy and excited to go to daycare inspite of the previous, awful negative experience. If you're thinking of a place this is the place to be!   We had a bad experience initially but Mona who is the director ensured that we go through a smooth process to get our toddler enrolled to the daycare programme. I will update about my experience with the daycare. I got daycare at Williamson drive and it was a great experience. I am looking forward to experience the same in Middlecote as I have requested for transfer to this daycare as it is more closer to our place.

  Amazing daycare! I have 2 children attending Smart Start Learning Centre for the past year and they love it! The entire staff is caring, kind and very attentive to the needs of my children. My eldest has shown great strides in being able to write her name, social skills and to identify and write her letters. My youngest has began talking more and shown growth in his social skills, independence with eating and self care. The staff here are not only loving to the children but also to the families. Everyone greets you with a smile and sparks conversations that allows you to really get to know everyone. I can't say enough good things about this daycare and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for childcare.
