  I don't have anything to say about the actual care they provide children, my only experience is with the staff whom I was corresponding with to secure a spot. We were next on the list for a September spot. We were going back and forth via email to pick a day/time for a visit (they only offered a specific date and time which didn't work for us). When I took several days to respond, the individual told me they have the spot to someone else. It was March I believe, why the rush to give the spot away? Not even a phone call or followup email.

  There are truly no words to express how grateful we have found the Elephant Room for our son. The owner Jamie is a wonderful and trustworthy person to deal with. Every single person there is so kind, friendly, and thoughtful. I’ve watched my little one grow, learn, and thrive each day, surrounded by such genuine love and care. We haven’t had a single small problem with them. I highly recommend this daycare—it’s a place filled with wonderful people, knowledge, and trust. It has truly been a blessing for our family. 💕

  I can't praise The Elephant Room enough for the outstanding care and love they've shown my daughter! The entire staff is warm, attentive, and truly invested in each child's well-being and development. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and confident in their ability to provide a nurturing environment. The teachers are patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, making learning fun and engaging. My daughter thrived here, making wonderful friends and creating cherished memories.   We are so grateful to have found this amazing daycare for our son! From day one, we felt welcomed and reassured by the caring and attentive staff. The teachers are patient, nurturing, and truly invested in the children’s growth and well-being. Our son has blossomed in this environment. Not only has he made wonderful friends, but he’s also learned so much—from basic academic skills to social development. The daycare emphasizes a balance between structured activities and free play, which has helped him develop creativity and independence. One thing we particularly appreciate is the special care for his specific health conditions, his teachers and principal Jamie are always on top of any special health care that he might need. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play. Communication with the staff is always clear, and they are great at updating us on our son’s progress and any important events. We truly couldn’t ask for a better daycare experience.   We are so grateful to have found this amazing daycare for our daughter. Jamie the owner is so sweet and caring, from day one she has been so transparent and honest about the daycares policies and procedures which made us as first time parents feel assured about sending our daughter here. Our daughter transitioned so well to daycare and the credit for this goes to the amazing staff and her teachers. The one thing that never fails to amaze us is that every staff member knows our daughter even if they aren't her teachers. It goes to show how much the staff care about the kids that go to this centre. I am so happy with this daycare and thank you to the amazing staff that care for our daughter :)
