  Our daughter attended this daycare for three wonderful years, and today was her last day. It's bittersweet to say goodbye to a place that has meant so much to our family. From the very beginning, the staff treated her with so much warmth and genuine care. Over these three years, we watched her grow from a shy toddler into a confident, independent little girl who loves learning. The educators there are always going the extra mile. They truly nurture them, celebrating every milestone along the way. The teachers were always kind, patient, and attentive, creating a safe and loving environment where she felt happy to go every single day. We always felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring hands. We are endlessly grateful for everything this daycare has done for Neila. It gave her such a strong foundation, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to start her journey. Highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a nurturing, supportive environment for their little one. Thank you for three amazing years! 💛

  Our Son's Second Home: A Truly Exceptional Daycare Experience From our initial meeting and tour, we knew we had found a special place. Even with multiple families touring at the same time, the staff handled the situation with such warmth, organization, and professionalism that we felt completely at ease. Crucially, our meeting with Carmine provided immense reassurance. As first-time parents putting our son into daycare, we appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly explain the enrollment and transition process. He personally assured us that our son was in good hands and that he would oversee the process during those initial, uncertain weeks. Carmine followed through on this promise, maintaining constant communication throughout the first few weeks and regularly providing updates on our son's progress and adjustment level. This proactive communication has continued and is invaluable to us. We started with our son in the Hippo Room and have now happily watched him progress to the Dolphin Room. This progression clearly shows us the consistent level of care and attention all the children receive across the different stages. The entire staff and team are truly exceptional. They are not just caregivers; they are like a second family to our son while he is there. The level of dedication, kindness, and genuine affection they show every day is astounding. The proof of their success is in our son's reaction: he comes home totally happy every single day, often chatting excitedly about his activities. More tellingly, he genuinely wants to go back again the next morning. Knowing he is in such a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment gives us incredible peace of mind. We highly recommend The Elephant Room to any family looking for more than just childcare, they provide a loving, stimulating, and enriching experience!

  Our family has had an exceptional experience with the Elephant Room. Our son has been cared for by the team here since he was 17 months old, and throughout the years we have consistently been impressed with the high standard of care, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team. The educators are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely caring and attentive to each child’s needs. They foster an environment that is safe, supportive, and engaging, which has allowed our son to develop socially, emotionally, and academically in remarkable ways. Almost every teacher here has cared for our child and the kindness and dedication shown by each and every single one of them has been nothing short of amazing. Equally important, the daycare has been a tremendous support for our family as a whole. With demanding work schedules, we’ve always had full confidence that our child was in excellent hands. The team’s communication, consistency, and commitment to children’s well-being provided us with invaluable peace of mind, especially being first time parents and being apart from our only child. As our son transitions to kindergarten, we are deeply grateful for the strong foundation he carries with him from The Elephant Room.   My son went to The Elephant Room on Hardwood from 10 months old to 2.5 years old. Overall, I have no regrets. As you can imagine as a first-time parent, its scary leaving your child so young at any centre, however the teachers made it a comfortable transition and were very supportive and caring which continued through-out my son’s stay there. I feel my son took a lot away from The Elephant Room in terms of his social and learning development as well. Shout-out to Ms. Annette, Ms. Mimi, and Carmine who I will forever remember and appreciate for their dedication and professionalism in what they do.

  So I have waited a full daycare cycle (from 18 months to 4 years of age) that my daughter has attended The Elephant Room at Harwood location to write this review! From the first day to the last day here, the care, love, and kindness shown by all staff at this facility is phenomenal. As a parent, to see your child happily go to daycare and come back with a big smile every day has made the experience easy. Thank you to every caregiver working here!
