  I would like to share my positive experience regarding Kettle Lake YMCA After School. The manager, Peggy, is incredibly attentive to all matters and responds promptly to all emails, guiding us in the best possible way. My son's class teacher, Mina, places great importance on order and discipline among the children. She is fully engaged with all the children throughout the entire duration, having a thorough understanding of each child's temperament. The children in Mina's class adore her, and she teaches them mutual respect, treating them with dignity. My son thoroughly enjoys this environment and finds joy in being there. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and am always grateful to the staff, especially Peggy and Mina.

  Our experience with Kettle Lakes YMCA Daycare has been positive throughout the past year. Our daughter appears content and well-cared for, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. While she isn’t very talkative yet, we're confident that any concerns would be addressed promptly, thanks to the open communication channels with the teachers and supervisor. The facility maintains great standards and policies, and the convenience of its location on school grounds is definitely a plus for our family. It's comforting knowing that both our daughters share the same school environment. Each day, drop-offs and pickups have been smooth, thanks to the attentive staff. They seem to love and care for our little one and that’s the most important part for us as parents. We're grateful for their care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Daycare.

  Kettle Lakes YMCA is an amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. My son has been attending this child care since he was 2 and half. He is now 7 and loves coming. I can not express enough how amazing the staff are, they go above and beyond to ensure children's safety and making sure my child and the other children are welcomed, safe, happy and having fun. The supervisor Peggy is supportive  and really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and I am very thankful to her and her amazing team. I highly recommend sending your children to this child care.

  My son joined this daycare when he was two and a half. Peggy, the supervisor, is highly efficient, responding to emails within hours. However, as my son didn't English， he initially resisted going to daycare each morning and would cry during separation, making the first week challenging for our family. Fortunately, Bahare, May, Sanaz, and the intern teachers were incredibly understanding. They greeted my son and the other children warmly as soon as he entered the classroom, helping him quickly adjust. They also provided guidance for parents on how to navigate this difficult time. Their patience and dedication to the children touched me deeply, and I feel fortunate to have them. Last week, my son celebrated his third birthday, and I've seen significant changes and progress in him. I would recommend this daycare, though I would also like to note that I'll update my review if any issues arise in the future.

  My second daughter has been attending the daycare since last spring. She loves to stay there. Everyday when we pick her up, she's always smiling. He room there is clean. Kids inside were having fun. The supervisor, Peggy, has been really responsible. Staffs in my daughter 's room are really helpful. My daughter's communication skill built up a lot within this period. I should have found this location earlier so I could send my her sister here too.
