  My daughter went here for 4 years. They are a registered center, so you can take advantage of the government subsidy. Probably the only positive about this place, and the only reason i kept my daughter here for that duration. They have extremely high staff turnaround. At one point my daughter had a different caregiver in her room every week for over a month. When she was a toddler, despite providing ample diaper supply, she would frequently come home wearing some other brand of diaper ive never purchased. I'd then bring more diapers the next day only to be told they still had lots of her diapers. This was a frequent situation. Like at least twice a week every week... They tell you theres an app and youll get updates. But that really only happens when theyre properly staffed, which is hardly ever. So dont expect much in the way of updates through the app. And when you do get them, theyre not always about your kid. Ive gotten meal updates on days my daughter didnt even attend. All the things advertised on the red signs on the building, absolute lies. They do none ot that. Some teachers are so stressed they literally let your kid do pretty much anything. My daughter came home with her arms covered in "tattoo pen" which was harder to remove than sharpie! And the teacher just said, oh. I never saw it happen. My daughter had a lot of accidents. She would frequently come home in wet attire because they didnt notice she had an accident. And to top it off, they will cancel programs theyve been running for years, with 4 weeks notice, and presumably due to their inability to keep staff. My daughter was supposed to go here for the summer, and at the end of april they said they were canceling the summer program. Then, a mere month before school starts, advise theyre canceling the September before and after school program. How is anyone supposed to find a new care provider in that timeline!!! Save yourself, do NOT pur your kid here. Terrible place. Find somewhere else to go. If I could give them NO stars, I would

  We have two girls that have now gone through this day care, it is the cleanest friendliest day care we ever could have imagined! The staff is excellent, they are always so caring and loving, they put in extra effort everyday to make your kids feel happy and loved! You can also tell that the owners really care about the centre and all of the kids in it, they arrange for fun events all of the time that you would never expect from a day care centre. I cannot recommended enough!

  This is my daughter’s first time in daycare! What a relief it was to go back to work following my maternity leave and be given such outstanding care for her. My daughter is greeted each morning and said goodbye to each evening in such a warm inviting way by the staff. Staff are nurturing, inclusive and offer a wide variety of activities that allow for creativity even at her age. Staff answer messages immediately following any messages/check-ins that I may have which gives me such peace of mind! Thank you Kids First Child Care for your exceptional care!

  My twin boys are lucky enough to attend this child care centre. Every staff member I’ve ever encountered has been nothing but kind and attentive. You can tell immediately upon entering this facility that these people care about your kids. Their days are filled with fun activities and learning opportunities. My boys have exploded with knowledge since attending KidsFirst Courtice and absolutely adore spending their days here while I am at work. I feel safe knowing my babies are in the best care possible so that I can provide for them during the day. Thank you!!

  Very happy with this daycare! The staff are lovely and are great with my son. I get tons of updates and they maintain great communication with me. I highly recommend this daycare.
