  I can’t say enough good things about Alphas Bilingual Childcare from the moment i enrolled my child, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the transition smooth for both me and my little one. The staff here is truly amazing. They are not only professional and well-trained but also genuinely caring and attentive to each child's needs. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my child's social skills and development since attending this daycare. The activities are engaging and educational, and the staff always keeps us updated on our child’s progress. What stands out the most is the level of communication. We receive daily updates and photos, which give us peace of mind knowing our child is in good hands. I really love this :) Overall, I highly recommend Alphas Bilingual to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child. We are so grateful to have found such a fantastic place, thank you so much to all of the alphas staff especially to Mr. Piyush, Jessica, Sareeja and Shanna. Thank you

  Please ensure you read through reviews thoroughly. This daycare ran a raffle/ contest at Christmas. If you rated them 5 stars you were entered to win a raffle. Prizes including a tv I believe. Many of the positive comments happen around this time. They also state they cannot find you as someone they’ve serviced when you leave a poor review. I regretfully sent my daughter here though my last review I did they responded this way. Just needed to clarify Do not send your child here.

  This daycare is so cool and professional. All the educators are so good and cooperative. The food is so scrumptious here. Parents and teachers are very connected to discuss anything.The daycare is really clean and organized” Joyful toys has really exceeded my expectations they take really good care of me with communication, they keep me updated throughout the day , their really informative and great positive attitudes ..,the daycare is really clean and organized if your looking for a good fit for your child I would recommend you to take a tour with them. Mdm. Sonia and Ms Shanna are great!!!!

  Our experience with Alpha's bilingual was very disappointing. I had confirmed that my son, could be dropped off late on Tuesdays, but the owner refused to take him when I arrived at 11 AM despite getting a verbal confirmation from the teachers earlier. Being turned away at the door was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of respect and professionalism. To make matters worse, it has been over five months since we left, and our deposit has still not been returned. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, there has been no resolution. As another user noted, most of the positive reviews are because of the raffle

  I cannot recommend this daycare. The staff is constantly changing, which makes it hard for the children to feel secure or cared for. My child was frequently coming home hurt, and I was never given clear explanations. I also noticed concerning changes in my child’s health, including a constantly upset stomach and bloating while in their care. As a parent, this is unacceptable. There is a serious lack of consistency, communication, and proper supervision here. I would strongly advise other parents to look for a safer and more stable environment for their children.
