I called to ask if there was any spaces open for a toddler and the girl who answered was incredibly rude and cut me off before I could finish my question and flat out said “no we don’t bye” then I hung up the phone. I will never let my child go somewhere where the teachers are that rude. If they’re like that on the phone imagine what they’re like with the kids🤷🏼‍♀️

My daughter attended when she was 2 years old. The things I'd have to say about this place would be far too long I might as well just write a novel. I waited to write my review because I was waiting for the receipts they're supposed to give at the end of the year for tax purposes, but it seems as though they aren't sending it even when I've asked them over 5 times. Our daughter seemed to enjoy herself for the first 2 weeks she was in the toddler class. But for some reason they decided to move her into the preschool class due to her height. She is tall, but she's non-verbal and it was a ridiculous mistake to move her into a class with older children. When they moved her she started to have extreme mental breakdowns in the morning when we would get her ready. Even during the weekend when she wasn't going she would have a breakdown because she thought that's where we were taking her. We tried to communicate our concerns with them and we actually ended up getting belittled. When we pulled her out of there permanently it took her a few weeks of hardcore tantrums to understand she wasn't going back. She would also be crying and standing alone when we went to pick her up. We brought that up as well and they said it was "happy tears". 2 year olds don't have "happy tears"... little bit suspicious/concerning for them to say something like that🤨 There was also a time where we were waiting for them to get her belongings together and we witnessed a toddler push over another toddler. She was so bundled up in her snowsuit that she wasn't able to get up on her own so obviously she cried and one of the staff members was laughing and telling Lydia(I believe her name was) to look and how "he just pushed her over hahaha". That made my partner and I absolutely SICK to our stomachs. Nothing was done about it. There was no communicating right from wrong. I feel so bad for the parents who probably don't even know that has happened to their little girl. If I saw that happen to my daughter where her "care" givers just laughed instead of helping her up, I would have absolutely lost it. Anyways. Think long and hard about this daycare. This daycare has made my partner and I feel like bad parents for not pulling her out sooner. To the parents who've dealt with similar experiences, I'm sorry and I wish I could give you guys a big hug.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff andaand owners are AMAZING. They treat my daughter like one of their own. I get the sense they truly care about the children. The meal plan is nutritious and all meals are home cooked. The layout inside has been renovated recently and looks great, very open. Teachers share photos and videos throughout the day with parents. My daughter loves it there!

My son has been going here for over a year and my daughter attended 10 years ago. They were great both then and now. I also have to them give them huge credit for working through the pendemic and keeping the children safe. They are fairly priced considering the quality of care they give your child. I would and do recommend them to everyone.

Bad experience being a professional who serviced this property, received half payment, for services rendered, did not receive other half so we stopped service after multiple attempts to email and contact Danielle, unimpressed. Never received any notice of no longer requiring our services or something wrong, any response so decided to stop services rendered.
