  Today was our daughter’s very first day at daycare, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Karlee and the entire team were so welcoming and accommodating, which made the transition much easier for both us and our little one. Our daughter usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but she connected with the staff quickly and had a wonderful time. The regular updates through the app were also incredibly reassuring and gave us peace of mind throughout the day. We’re so grateful for the care and attention shown on day one, and we’re excited for our daughter to continue her journey here!

  I strongly caution parents—especially those whose children require additional care—about Kinder Learning Centre. Before enrolling our son, we fully explained that he had a medical condition and required assistance with a routine personal hygiene task. It did not involve medication, changing an appliance or performing a medical procedure. We were assured this “wasn’t going to be an issue.” After he started, we demonstrated the simple care process to staff multiple times and were told they didn’t feel comfortable. On two occasions, he was left soiled for more than 45 minutes while staff waited for us to come to the centre. We were given a medical plan stating that staff would not provide the assistance my son required and would call a parent instead. When I would not sign it without an appropriate accommodation, we were told our child could not return. When we withdrew him from care, the centre failed to refund days that were owed to us under its own policy until ministry of education got involved. Parents deserve complete transparency before entrusting a vulnerable child to a childcare provider.

  Our son (now 18 months old) has been going here full time since July and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are kind, welcoming and care deeply about the children there. Our son is always happy to be there and has reached a point where he just smiled and waves to me at drop off each morning. The communication is excellent and we receive daily updates of activities along with pictures. We also receive a schedule of the meals and snacks provided. They have a toddler and preschool room and I BELIEVE have started an infant room as well. I would recommend this daycare to any parent. You can have peace of mind that your child will be well cared for and treated with great care here.

  Great location! The staff are wonderful and the facility is beautiful. We love it for our toddler.
