  They are very rude. I called them for spot but she talked to me so rudely. If they speak like this I'm wondering how they deal with toddlers?! Though my kids don't go this daycare but if I get spot I'll never send my kids in this daycare. I just want to alert other parents think before you send your kids to this types of rude people. I'll say it's better to keep your kids home rather then send them to magic pencils learning center. This center is worst then worstest. They don't know how to talk politely. Highly non recommend this center for anyone.

  My children have been attending magic pencils for 6 years now. The staff at magic pencils is like a second family to us. They have always treated my children with respect and treated them like one of their own. The staff has a pot of patience and manage any behaviour issues my kids have had with grace. I have never had any issues with the level of care they provide. I have been always pleased with their services. I will be sad when my children age out and no longer need their services because each and every member of staff will be truly missed. A sincere thank you to all the staff, but specifically miss barb miss Jenn miss nessa miss Catherine miss Teresa and miss Tiffany for the last 6 years of your advice patience and Supreme level of care to my girls. 💜

  Magic pencils has been one of the greatest things that has happened to our family. My toddler son started off with a pretty negative first daycare experience so we switched to Magic Pencils and it was the best decision we could have made. My son is so happy going to daycare every morning and so happy when I pick him up each day. The change in him is so apparent and he has learned so much from his wonderful teachers. I have great peace of mind going into work every day, knowing that he is in safe and loving hands. I cannot thank the staff here enough for everything they have done and continue to do for the kids! They truly go above and beyond and it is clear how much they genuinely care. I would happily recommend this centre to any parent who is looking for care!

  I had both my children in magic pencils on different occasions. From newborn to 18 months I didn't like to facility. I found the baby's room to be very cramped and dark. However, at the time I only kept my son there for a few weeks. However... as they go older and moved into the toddler / preschool rooms I found it to be very nice. Great friendly staff... nice meals .... and plenty of outdoor playtime and free play time. they did crafts and made friends and I found my kids were always excited to go to daycare every day. Would definitely recommend to anyone whos children are ages 18months to 4 years.

  The staff in the rooms are fantastic, the actual ECE's and RECEs. The management is sub-par however. They gave away our spots while I was scrambling to make subsidy and a job that didn't want to adjust my schedule work. My kids loved it there, and loved their teachers. The baby room in particular was fantastic, my son was in care there from 3 months old and he was always happy and well cared for.
