  I want to congratulate the entire SKD Bobby Orr team for the outstanding work they do every day. You take care of the children with great patience and dedication, from 6 AM to 6 PM, doing your best to welcome, guide, and support them in a warm and nurturing environment. Your professionalism and attention to each child are truly remarkable. Thank you for everything you do!

  This reviews for SKD 7, Waterloo Oshawa location, as I can’t find exact reviews page for this location. The supervisor is not so professional, always limited speech , not informative The educators are not very welcoming , always see them tired and sleepy in the morning , they don’t like moving their body, evey time we go there they are cleaning or doing something elsc rather playing or singing with toddlers. they do mention that they did but you can imagine looking at their attitude. During pick up time mostly toddlers are crying or sometimes fighting and they do remain busy with cleaning stuff. they mostly come for salary rather giving some smiles to child. They need to be well trained no matter what how they got the certificate for this program. My child still cries even after a year spending there. Child should be excited and happy to be there not panicked. Also in infant room when you pick up your child each day a new person . They do not have fixed educators work form beginning to end of the shift. Infants get scare to be with some one new . As each day you gona see new faces also from different class room educators are coming to support them . They should fix the list of educators and do not allow anyone they want to be touch with babies: Poor management to monitor them. All looks lazy.
