The staff aren’t very professional. Most of them speak French, and their English isn’t great. They’re also short-staffed, so they barely have time for the kids. On top of that, they still use paper for reporting to parents instead of an app. Come on, it’s 2025, paper is neither efficient nor environmentally friendly. An app would be much better, allowing parents to receive updates, see photos, and connect with each other.
