  We could not be HAPPIER with our experience at this AVM - PICKERING. The environment is exceptionally well-organized, nurturing, and supportive, creating the perfect space for children to learn and grow. The staff are truly outstanding—professional, caring, and dedicated to every child's success. The biggest highlight of our experience has been our child's wonderful teachers, MS. ROSHANI and MS. AFSHEEN. Their incredible talent, experience, and genuine passion for teaching shine through every day. They go above and beyond to cater to each child's individual needs, ensuring that every child feels supported and encouraged. My child has learned and grown tremendously under their guidance—not only academically, but also socially, emotionally, and personally. Thanks to their dedication and care, our child is truly thriving. We are so grateful to MS. ROSHANI and MS. AFSHEEN. and the entire team for providing such an enriching and loving environment. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for exceptional Montessori education and care!

  AVM has been such a wonderful experience for our family. The staff and teachers are friendly and caring. The teachers are professionals who invest time into each child, knowing that they all differ in their skills and abilities. The in-house chef makes fresh food, and delicious pasta that we can’t recreate at home! My oldest is very independent and I thank this school for teaching him the Montessori way.

  My child attended Angus Valley Montessori for 4+ years, so the AVM Pickering team is dear to our family. The small classroom sizes allowed for my child to thrive in all learning environments. Teachers were hands-on and shared both strengths and opportunities for my child to grow academically and socially. The Head of the AVM Pickering Ms. Anu was also very hands-on, well-known and loved by the children. Anu and her administration team were always very accommodating and understanding. They have an in-house Chef, who the children prefer her cooking to their own parents! She also bakes very yummy treats for the kids. Overall, we're really fond of the memories and relationships we've built at Angus Valley Montessori Pickering. We highly recommend to any family considering enrolling their child.

  We have been part of the Angus Valley Montessori (AVM) family for over 4 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The teachers here are not only highly qualified but also genuinely love what they do. Their passion for teaching and dedication to each child really shines through. I’ve seen incredible growth in my children during their time at AVM. My son, who was once very shy, has blossomed socially and now engages with his peers with confidence. Academically, both of my kids are thriving—far beyond what I had expected at their age. The Montessori method here is applied thoughtfully, helping children develop independence, curiosity, and a true love for learning. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment every day. AVM has truly exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for the strong foundation they are giving my children both socially and academically. Also we absolutely love the well rounded and healthy meals and snacks our children have received. Ms. J prepares the most delicious meals!

  My kid went to AVM for 4 years and we had a great experience. The teachers and all the staff there are kind and caring. They really go the extra mile to ensure the kids are learning in a safe and nurturing space. Special shoutout to Chef J who cooks amazing and healthy meals for the kids. Also want to mention Ms. Anu, the principal, who is super organized and always on top of everything. You can tell she really cares about the kids and the families. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and fun place for their little one!
