Our 1 year old daughter has loving Bridges Kinder Connection so far. The curriculum even for infants seems to have solid structure and learnings that the child can take back. The daycare goes above and beyond the curriculum. Our 1 yr old has seen a live circus act, made tie die shirts and done so many activities all within the first couple of months. It's still early days but we're loving Bridges Kinder Connection, what it stands for as well as the range of experiences our child gets there.

The daycare offered a good variety of snacks for the children, which we appreciated. However, we ultimately withdrew our child because of serious concerns about how repeated violent behaviour was managed. On multiple occasions, I personally witnessed one particular child physically attack a group of other children, completely unprovoked. When I raised these concerns, the responses I received were that the child was “intellectually challenged,” “smaller than your son,” or “not even in the same class.” Yet during pick-up and drop-off, the children were regularly in the same room. incident reports were either not completed properly or were never provided to us. My 3yr old son begged me not to leave him “with that bad boy” who he would point out in fear every day. My concerns were never meaningfully addressed. Communication was also frustrating—emails often went unanswered unless the daycare needed something from us. There was no communication when the daycare would be closed if it snowed. You’d have to show up to find out if the doors were locked. I’m sharing this so other families are aware. Not every working family has the flexibility to remove their child from daycare, even after witnessing what I saw. There are a small handful of educators there who look like they actually enjoy their job, and to those, I am thankful for.

We were lucky to find a spot in Bridges kinder connection . The daycare is great. Staff treats kids with lots of love and enable them to learn new things Independently. From 2022 , For 2 years we had our kid go to the daycare and we could trust them everyday . Big thank you to all the amazing teachers there . Special mention to Ms Anna for running the operations with such dedication and care .

You can never get use to your baby starting Daycare, even when it is my four child. Having a caring and experience childcare staff is simple priceless. Their transitioning plan was excellent for my infant since he joins group during playtime when it's all fun. No fuss and crazy rules. Just human beings with so much care and attention my little one.

Both of our kids joined Bridges at 12 months and our youngest has now just "graduated" into kindergarten. They had a great time throughout their years here and we will miss the staff and the care they both received!
