My husband and I are so grateful that our precious son (and baby girl will soon) attend Edukids Glenanna. Lori and the team are wonderful educators who provide our son with such a loving, fun and warm place to learn and play in. We could not have asked for a better daycare and we are grateful to the staff for caring for our children. Yes the facilities could be modernized and in a better space, but it's not about the space - the staff make the biggest difference!

I use to go here as a child and all I could say my experience was amazing and made me the person I am today! Down to the food it was amazing!! I’m so happy our little girl gets to go to this same daycare! She has improved in so many milestones in such a short few weeks! The staff is kind and welcoming! They take such good care of this kids! My husband and I have never once been concerned of her safety here!

I wish I had more positive things to say after my son attended this daycare for a year. I’ll start with the good, the faculty are nice. Lori was pleasant, Lindsay, Jan, Elaine were nice and my son seemed to like them. In my opinion the daycare gives the overall feel of being underfunded and the workers spread thin. There is often a rotation of volunteers at the facility, which in my view is unnecessary exposure to more strangers. Interns/summer students/ or substitutes if someone is off or sick is perfectly acceptable but I personally feel they had volunteers because they lacked paid staff. The daycare needs to be cleaned better and more often. For such a small space it feels cluttered and disorganized. The facility, especially considering where it is located could be more secure. Final point is minor but you stop receiving “updates” (nap time, activity of the day etc.) after your child leaves the Toodler room. In contrast my current daycare uses an app that updates you with pictures/videos, meals, activities observations, etc. throughout the day.

Amazing experience my wife went here as a child and we’re lucky enough to have our daughter go here! Amazing staff and an amazing daycare. I know a lot of people who as kids went here and they all have great things to say and have had great experiences! We’ve never been overly worried about our daughter while she’s there and she’s always very happy when we pick her up! They take great care of the kids in their care

I chose to write this review to bring awareness to other parents like myself who may have not been informed of this information during their orientation. My child joined the daycare starting from infant room and moved up to toddler and then to preschool. Once my child got to preschool room I happened to stumble upon a male volunteer in her room who I had never seen in there before. Although I know that a male staff did work there my understanding was that he only worked in the after school program room, which I was ok with. However when I brought my concerns of seeing a male in my child’s preschool room Management notified me that the male staff (who is fully certified) would also be working out of preschool room as well and had the same responsibilities as other female staff, ie. changing diapers. I had no idea that the childcare was allowing without my consent for my daughter to be physically touched by another male let alone the wiping of her private parts. Once I clarified that this would be taking place I stated that culturally I was not ok with this practice and gave my notice to withdrew her from the program. Bottom line is that the child care can operate anyway they choose I have no say in that, but management has a responsibility of disclosing specific information during orientation so that parents can make a conscious choice in if they enrolled their child or not. Hope this was helpful.
