  GBCC is the utopia of daycares. The facility has so much space with large rooms, a gymnasium used for bad weather and even grass in the play yard! They make the food in-house and it is delicious 😋. The staff are thoughtful, genuine and sweet with the children. They communicate well with the parents and provide daily updates via Procare app. BEST DAYCARE in Durham!

  The care that my son receives at this daycare is amazing. I was anxious before he started as he needed extra help with eating. Well, they provide that help and continue to encourage him to eat independently. We love everything from the programming to the staff - so much so, that we literally travel 40 minutes a day, just to come here. He has flourished in their care.

  My son has been attending GBC for almost two years and we could not be happier with the care and education he has received so far. Every teacher has been incredibly attentive, kind and caring towards my child. They also do an amazing job at teaching the children important life skills (to name just a few: counting, reading, singing, directions, playing with others, going to the washroom, learning how to follow instructions, sharing, patience etc.). The staff are always planning fun activities and events for the kids to enjoy that is above and beyond their ‘typical day’ at daycare (Valentine’s Day festivities, pajama day, wacky hair day). The supervisor and owner are lovely to deal with and do an incredible job running/overseeing the entire operation. Both are very involved with the children and the teachers and care deeply about the success of the centre. The kids are provided with two snacks and lunch daily. The meals are well balanced and the chef goes to great lengths to ensure the kids are fed properly. The facility itself is fantastic - two outdoor play areas and a large gymnasium in addition to their indoor play area/class room. So many places for the kids to burn their energy and also have fun. Lastly, GBC utilizes an application that allows them to update parents frequently throughout the day. I know when my child has slept, what they ate, what they are doing, and I receive pictures of my son enjoying various activities. I can also easily communicate to the teachers as needed through the app. Super happy to see how diligent the staff are in ensuring the parents know what their children are up to on a daily basis. Overall, I am very grateful my child has been able to attend GBC. It’s been a wonderful experience so far and my son comes home every day happy, well fed, and talking non stop about all the fun things they did that day. Amazing work GBC, thank you!!

  Both our daughters have attended this school over the past 6 years and we are truly thankful to have found this gem! The staff is truly remarkable. The care they give to your child, the positive learning environment, and just the whole daycare is great. We highly recommend and always refer people to this amazing daycare. We are sad our little one is going to JK this year - we will miss you guys! Thanks for everything! God bless!

  My youngest son just completed about 2 and a half years at this daycare in Aug/2022. Prior to that my oldest son attended as well about 5 years ago and the experience was the same. The staff at the daycare is warm, welcoming and family oriented. They all work to support you and your child, to figure things out when there is an issue and work to a resolution. I normally do not complete full reviews like this but I definitely recommend this daycare as I have personally had a great experience twice. 💕.
