  About 6 months ago I had a very horrible situation with the previous supervisor. Since then, the daycare has improved tremendously and the staff has changed a bit but everyone seems very happy. My son's have shown significant improvements in their speech since September and our SLP are very happy with that. The staff shows a lot of dedication to all the children!

  While I understand that there is no such a thing as a “perfect daycare,” there are some things that should exist in every daycare - open communication, willing to receive feedback, ability to apologize for mistakes and tell the parents how the issue is being dealt with, honesty, and payment organization. These are all the things this daycare does NOT have. If you can, take your kids to another place where you feel respected and trust that your kids are being well taken care of.

  I would not send your kid here by any means. Just look up their violations on the Ontario website. Children are mistreated, neglected and abused. Absolutely traumatic experience with the staff here. I will say, schoolhouse playcare as a company is run very well and we have had other positive experiences at another centre but stay FAR AWAY from this location. Extremely poorly run.

  The educators are all amazing and supervisor is very nice! my children are so happy at the valley farm location!

  Worst daycare and stuff. Especially the women name Campalla she’s very rude and harsh to kids.
