  I can't say enough great things about this daycare! My toddler has only been attending for two days, and already I feel so comfortable and confident leaving him in their care. Carla and rest of the staff made the transition incredibly easy for us and my son. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing, fun, and safe environment for the kids. I love how attentive they are and how they genuinely care about each child. I’m so glad we found this daycare and highly recommend it to any parent looking for a stress-free and supportive place for their little ones!

  A warning to all parents. My daughter has been there since May 2022 and had a great experience until she was moved to preschool classroom # 2. Her behavior has been changed, crying like crazy, and refuses to go. When I mentioned the name of a specific staff member of the classroom, my daughter was jumping on the floor, crying, and scared. 100% positive my daughter was physically abused. I filed a complaint at the Ministry and still under investigation. If your kiddo is in this preschool classroom 2, be careful of any signs you may get from your children. I heard the same from other parents who have toddlers in this classroom and had a similar experience with their kiddos. They took their kids out of the center. I am writing to let parents know of my experience. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Here is my response to the reply received from the owner since there is no way to reply directly: Thank you for taking the time to respond. Yes, as I mentioned previously, I had an amazing experience in your center until my child was moved to preschool Classroom #2. No concerns at all with other staff in other classrooms. Regarding the footage, just to clarify the footage was only available for one day which is the last day my daughter was at the center. Any footage before that day (November 8, 2023) was removed or I may need to use your wording by saying the hard drive was corrupted and nothing was available before that day. I understand that staff went through training, and you did your due diligence except for the source of the issue which is the specific staff I am referring to in preschool Classroom #2. I have another family who had the same concern with their kid in this classroom #2. This is why I feel that I have a duty to warn families if their kids are showing any signs. Thank you again.

  We've had such a great experience sending our daughter here, we were nervous during these uncertain times but quickly found comfort when we saw how all COVID Protocols were followed. The staff is amazing and my daughter always speaks about how she loves her teachers and going to pre school . Randy has been extremely accommodating and great with any concerns or adjustments we've had to make to schedules.

  My daughter has been attending this daycare from the moment they opened up. They are brand new and since it was build during the pandemic it included all protocols for COVID which gave me peice of mind. The staff is amazing and I have seen my daugther flourish in this environment! Definitely recommend to parents looking for a safe, fun and educational experience!

  Such a wonderful place. We are seeing so much growth in both of our girls. The older one did not speak before going here, now she is singing and practicing words all the time. Amazing preschool.
