  I had such an amazing experience completing my placement at First Milestones. From day one, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and valued. Every educator was kind, patient, and always willing to share their knowledge and guidance. As a mom, returning to a learning environment can feel intimidating, but my placement at First Milestones helped me regain my confidence in myself and my abilities. The team encouraged me, believed in me, and helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a wonderful group of people. The care, dedication, and passion they show for the children every day is truly inspiring. Thank you to everyone at First Milestones for making my placement such a positive and memorable experience. I will always appreciate everything I learned there.

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience here at First Milestones. As our son prepares to move on to his next chapter, we wanted to share our immense gratitude for the teachers and staff who made his early years so special. A huge thank you to the amazing teachers in Toddler 1 - Ms. Shai, Ms. Ellen, Ms. Levi and special shout-out to Mr. Ryan! They provided a nurturing and welcoming environment where he truly flourished—helping him find his confidence and letting his personality shine in the classroom. As parents of a child with specific health needs and food allergies, safety was our top priority. We are so grateful to the on-site chef and the entire staff for taking his allergies so seriously. They worked closely with us to ensure he was always safe and comfortable, and Mr. Ryan was especially incredible at providing comfort and care whenever our son needed extra support. Knowing he was in such capable, attentive, and kind hands gave our family total peace of mind. We will miss this wonderful community!

  Choosing the right daycare is one of the biggest decisions for any parent, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. The biggest reassurance came from my daughter herself. One day she told me, “Mama, in my old school I used to feel sad and nervous. But in my new school, when I get sad and nervous after you drop me off, my teachers pick me up and take care of me.” As a mom, that is all I ever wanted to hear. Knowing she feels safe, loved, and comforted when I’m not there means everything. The teachers, especially Ms. Aparna and Ms. Levi, are absolutely wonderful. They greet everyone with warm smiles every single day, and I honestly don’t know how they manage to do it while caring for so many children. They are incredibly patient, gentle, and genuinely care about each child. Their kindness and dedication are evident in everything they do. The communication with families is excellent, and the food provided is great as well. We always feel informed and confident that our daughter is in good hands. And of course Mr. Ryan, who is always approachable, listens to parents’ concerns, and takes the time to respond to questions—even late in the evening. His support and commitment are truly appreciated. I am so grateful that I made the decision to enroll my toddler here. Seeing her happy, secure, and excited to go to daycare every day is the best recommendation I can give. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.

  We would like to thank First Milestones for everything they did for our daughter. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better preschool! She will definitely miss everyone but we are so excited for her next chapter in Kindergarten!

  My daughter joined the First Milestone family when she was 14 months old. It was a great journey. She learned so much from the school. She’s caring, empathetic, happy and so much more… We recently have relocated to Kelowna, BC. She has adapted so well since her first day of school. I’m so proud of her. Thank you the First Milestone team to set my daughter up for success and made our transition ran smoothly! Thank you!
