  Since "Sarah", the assistant left the centre I have noticed a more positive atmosphere in the toddler classroom. The owner of the centre, Nancy, appears to prioritize cost over quality by keeping unqualified and unprofessional staff instead of providing proper training. The supervisor, Courtney, is aware of these unprofessional practices but has not taken appropriate action.

  Helping Hands Daycare Whitby has been the most amazing experience for child care for our family. Both of my kids have been in the care of the staff for multiple years, and other than family, there is no one else I would trust to take of my babies. The well-being of each child is the center of everything they do. The connections we have made with the staff, has been awesome. Seeing my kids so happy and comfortable with their teachers, that they almost jump out of my arms to go see them is heart warming and reassuring that they are in good hands!

  Helping Hands Daycare Whitby has been exceptional. Since day one, my kid’s transition in this daycare has been very seamless. The ECE’s and assistants in the infant room to the toddler room have all been very warm and kind. My kid has been thriving in this daycare and he enjoys coming to school all the time. Drop offs have been so easy as my kid doesn’t cry and just runs into the classroom on his own. So far, the experience has been great and we are so happy that he’s doing very well here. If you’re looking for a safe, happy, and warm environment for your child to thrive in, look no further. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for care. Thank you to all the kind staff here. Your hard work and dedication is definitely noticed. We are so appreciative for all that you do!

  A big shoutout to all the incredible teachers at Helping Hands Whitby! This daycare has truly been a home away from home for both our kids. The love, care, and affection they show to every child is just unmatched — you feel it from day one. The team goes above and beyond every single day, and it’s hard not to get emotional when your little one graduates and moves on. The bonds they build and the nurturing environment they create leave a lasting impact. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family and can’t recommend them enough!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at HHDC Whitby! The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and truly care about each child. Our little one absolutely loves going every day and has grown so much socially and emotionally since starting. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our child is in such a loving and supportive environment. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality care!
