  When we come to Learning Tree Montessori, we always feel welcomed, valued, and confident that our daughter is in a safe, caring, and nurturing environment. The staff and teachers greet us with kindness and genuine enthusiasm, creating a positive atmosphere that makes both drop-offs and pick-ups enjoyable. Our experience with Learning Tree Montessori has been exceptional. We have seen tremendous growth in our daughter's confidence, independence, social skills, and love of learning. The teachers are patient, compassionate, and truly invested in each child's development. They create engaging learning opportunities while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and respect for others. It is clear that they genuinely care about every child and work closely with families to support their growth. The communication from the staff has always been excellent, keeping us informed about our daughter's progress and daily experiences. Knowing she is learning in a structured yet warm environment gives us great peace of mind. The most important thing I would want other families to know is that Learning Tree Montessori is much more than a daycare or preschool—it is a place where children are encouraged to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The teachers create a strong sense of community and make every child feel valued and supported. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact Learning Tree Montessori has had on our daughter and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring, high-quality early learning environment.

  Our child has been attending LTM since before he turned two, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care he’s received. The teachers are genuinely kind, patient, and dedicated to every child. It’s clear they truly care about helping each child grow and thrive. What really stands out is how much they involve families in the experience. From Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations to year-end concerts and graduation ceremonies for the children moving on to Grade 1, they create meaningful memories for both the kids and their parents. LTM provides a warm, inclusive, and safe environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and build confidence. Our son has grown so much during his time there, becoming more independent and developing new skills every day. We’ve also loved that he’s been introduced to multiple languages, including Spanish and French, through his teachers. We highly recommend LTM to any family looking for a nurturing daycare with amazing educators who go above and beyond for both the children and their families.   Walking into Learning Tree always feels warm and welcoming. The teachers genuinely know our daughter, and that’s something you notice right away. It doesn’t feel like drop off at a facility. It feels like leaving her with people who actually care. Our daughter has only been there three months, but the development we’ve seen in that time has been remarkable. The biggest thing we’ve noticed at home is how independent she’s become, wanting to do things herself on her own terms, which is exactly what you want to see at this age. She’s also developed a real love of books and learning that we didn’t fully expect to show up this early. Three months in and we’re already shaking our heads at how much she’s grown. Communication from the school has been great too. We always feel in the loop and never have to chase anyone down for updates, which matters more than you’d think before you’re actually in it. For families considering Learning Tree, if you’re looking for a place where your kid is treated as an individual and not just moved through a routine, this is it. Watching the Montessori approach work in real life makes it easy to get behind. We’d recommend it without hesitation.

  We could not be happier with our experience at The Learning Tree Montessori in Whitby. The staff are incredibly caring, loving, and nurturing, creating a warm and supportive environment for the children. The quality of education has far exceeded our expectations, and we have seen so many positive changes in our toddler, including increased confidence, independence, and a true love for learning. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our child is in such capable and compassionate hands. We truly couldn’t ask for more and highly recommend The Learning Tree Montessori.
