  It's great that they have their own buses but they don't communicate to the schools if they decide not to take anyone to school that day. I was notified by my daughter's elementary school and advised to contact the police as they had no communication of my daughter's whereabouts. I spent 2 hours and emotional shambles not sure where my daughter was when I finally got a hold of her daycare apparently she was there and they just didn't feel the need to communicate that to anybody. In fact when I called and was clearly upset I was responded to with " I don't know who you are or your child" with a disgusting tone. Maybe ask? And reassure with politeness? God forbid you treat the people paying your bills with respect. Operator and employees all need training in customer service, but hey it's not hard to run a business when everyone needs childcare and the government is sending you subsidies.. My daughter is being removed from their care and I suggest you do the same

  An amazing place for children of all ages. Very caring staff with a warm, home-like environment. Lots of room for play inside and outside.

  The rooms are small. The outside play area is at the backside and doesn't get much sunlight. Staff is nice.

  Bus driver almost hit children crossing the road after they decided to bypass a recycling truck stopped just before a stop sign. The speed up into the wrong side of the road before slamming on the breaks in the crosswalk narrowly missing 4 kids walking and then sped through the intersection as they sat in the wrong side of the road back into the correct lane. The recycling truck almost hit the bus when it proceeded forward as they obviously were not expecting or could see that bus was travelling on the wrong side of the road. The bus was full of children who were also endangered. No bus number visible but driver was white woman with long dark hair.

  I would never recommended this daycare to anyone. Julie the supervisor is the absolute worst. Very rude and expects the most from us parents. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Stay far away from this centre.
